Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management is recruiting a culinary & hospitality trainer for an August 2026 start on a renewable two-year contract. You'll join a collaborative vocational & tvet department serving an international student body in Dubai, delivering high-quality instruction within a well-resourced classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging vocational & tvet lessons aligned to the school's curriculum framework
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of English-additional-language and mixed-ability learners
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate proactively with parents
  • Contribute to at least one co-curricular activity, house programme, or trip each term
  • Participate in departmental planning, moderation, and whole-school professional learning
  • Uphold the school's safeguarding, child-protection, and behaviour policies at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or Education
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time classroom teaching experience (Vocational & TVET)
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (CEFR C1+)
  • Clean international background check (police clearance from all countries of residence in the last 10 years)
  • Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity
  • Recognised teaching license (QTS, US State License, PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)

Salary & benefits package

Headline compensation: $4,500 – $5,800 / mo. In addition to base pay, the school offers the following:
